Home Inspector Luis is pleasant, professional and very knowledgeable. He clearly answered any questions or concerns I had. He methodically went through the home looking for any problem spots. It was money well spent before making such a large purchase. I highly recommend USA Home Inspections.

We recently had the pleasure of using this inspection company for the second time, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Despite the holiday season, they were able to accommodate a same-day appointment, which was a huge relief. The inspection report was also delivered quickly, allowing us to move forward with our plans without delay. I highly recommend this company for their professionalism and efficiency!

I would give 5 stars as I've used this company in the past and have really liked them. However, this time, the inspector knocked down the blinds in one room and didn't bother to put them back up. I'm 5'0 and couldn't reach. I had to wait for my friends to come over to help me (they are really heavy too). Granted, whoever installed them cut the bar a bit short so it's almost like a balancing act, but they still stay up once placed back. He also left a light on in the house and turned off my outside lights. The lights thing wasn't that big of a deal but the blinds really bugged me. Also, we had some sprinkler heads that were busted and you cannot tell a location from the picture of grass. it would be VERY NICE if you could stake broken sprinklers with some kind of flag to make it a little easier on the homeowner to locate and fix the issues. It took me forever to figure out how to use the sprinkler box and then had to go through each section to find the broken heads. This literally took me over an hour to do. :(

My realtor recommended that I use USA Home Inspections before closing on a new construction house. I was very surprised to read the report and see all the discoveries they made. Fortunately the builder will make the corrections and I'm thankful to have had the inspection. Very professional folks! Ryan and Savana were great to work with. Thank you!
