First time shopping at a LL store. Had a great experience. Bought some very nice vinyl plank flooring on sale for a great price. Sean was the main guy on site. Very polite, friendly, and helpful. He didn't even flinch to help us load the material. Definitely recommend this location if you're in the market for some new flooring.

We we're looking for vinyl flooring went to all the usuals home Depot and Lowe's. Happened to be sitting at home when an Instagram post came on and it was lumber liquidators. Called and the person that answered was Katherine she was so very helpful. After talking to her we left and arrived at the store and she was so very personable and so very helpful and knowledgeable about flooring.
The price was a lot less then the big stores.
Thanks Katherine for making us feel at home.

This is my second experience with LL Flooring, first in CA 5 years ago which was EXCELLENT and now in Florida, again superb customer care! The only concern is that the customer be happy and that's so unusual in today's environment. I went into Ocala Florida and met Dave, we connected immediately ... I knew what I wanted and just needed to finalize details. Dave was equally no nonsense .... just read his customer and worked with me. I got samples, came home and in a matter of hours had my order placed. We were new to the area and I had a contractor thru my realtor... which turned out to be excellent installation! Our floors are beautiful, the process was seamless and smooth.. any issues were resolved quickly and with no stress. What a wonderful experience in a very stressful time of 2021....

This place is a joke. Even on here it says - Lumber Liquidators. They owe me $100 credit but wouldn't allow me to use it because they now call themselves LL Flooring, even though all the employees have a name tag that says Lumber Liquidators. Had to file a claim to get money I already spent, which they would only give me a credit. That, my friends, is a great indicator of a failing business. Whoever named a Flooring company Lumber liquidators is a real moron.
Thanks for your response, I guess. Still doesn't give me my $100, only a credit to buy products with a 60% markup. You're stealing my money
