I received a call day before to confirm the appointment and time he will come. He showed up on schedule window of time. Hilarriuz explained what he would be doing. Chris, who serviced my home yesterday, was extremely thorough. He went around the house with a cobweb brush, as well as inside the garage. Then he did the same with the pesticide. He was extremely polite, asking whether I had any specific issues and helped me identify some of the small bugs I had found in my garage. He was incredibly polite, attentive and courteous. Most important, he took the time to do a very good job. I’ve never has issue with bugs inside my home and that’s important to me. Outstanding service.
