I had an excellent experience with All American Air & Electric in Ocala. From start to finish, the service was outstanding. Brian, the technician who came to my home, was incredibly honest, professional, and thorough. He took his time inspecting every part of my system, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood what was going on.

Let me first start off with the customer service that I received when I called excellent. As a customer service trainer for 23 year thank you for your excellent service. Now on to the excellence of Ryan the technician that came to service my AC great attitude, excellent communication as to the problem, friendliness, and very professional. If I had a company I would definitely recommend him due to his communicating what was wrong and what steps I need to take to prevent this from happening again.
