I signed in October and was installed in Feburary. They came on time and were very professional. Tested everything before leaving.
The next day Fireplace installers came to put in tank and lines. They came on time and did a good job. Even moved excess dirt to my back field.
T&D propane came 3 days later to fill tank and connect. Tested everything.
Even helped me set up my mobilelink app on my phone.
This was a very good experience. I would recommend them to anyone.
The office staff at all three offices were very helpful and easy to deal with as well.

Extremely frustrating and disappointing experience, Great sales job, but short on deliverables, quality and communication. Technician removed already installed surge protector while installing generator apparently just because it made his job a bit difficult. After calling the office few times and talking to the part owner, another technician came to reinstall it and said it was a mistake to remove it. Each of their technicians and managers tell a different story and blame each other. Instead of getting informative and timely updates, you, the customer, have to follow up to get updates and documents. Totally frustrating.

Trademark has been our service provider for a few years now for our Generac. They are excellent to work with from the first call to the Techs who make the repairs. The job gets done in an efficient and courteous way and they have always responded quickly when needed. We would highly recommend them!

SECO power came out and changed out my meter and left me without power going into my home but in a situation where the Genarac generator sensed power to the house. The SECO tech couldn’t figure out the problem so SECO sent out one of their “electricians” who after opening up everything said “it’s not my job to fix this issue”. He would not tell me what could be done to fix the problem and that someone from SECO would call me (which they never did). I frantically called Trademark (Shiloh answered) and she got me to Becky who immediately dispatched Levi. Levi arrived in 20 minutes- less than ten minutes after his arrival the problem was FIXED! I love Trademark, I love my Genarac and have nothing but praises for them! Thank you-thank you-thank you.

Lost power during hurricane Milton, generator kicked on for 15 hours then shut off due to oil pressure. I called Trademark (with a bit of an attitude) and explained situation. They put me on list of people without power and generator issues, they came out replaced it in about 4 hours with the best professionalism. I Know their families were also going thru the hurricane aftermath, but they showed up and got my generator back online by replacing defective oil pressure switch. Thank you to the office people for taking my call, scheduling it and thank you to Paul and the other gentleman that showed up and got our generator back up!!!!
Lifetime Trademark fan now!!
